1. General Terms

By accessing and using the GetCCcam Panel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service provides a reseller management platform for CCcam/OScam server line management. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with third parties.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

3. Credit & Payment Policy

Credits are purchased through our designated payment channels. 1 Credit equals 1 Euro. Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless transferred by an administrator.

Credits do not expire once purchased. Bonus credits included with top-up packages are subject to the same terms as regular credits.

All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the Refund Policy below.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service is completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end
  • Credits were charged in error due to a system malfunction
  • Refund is requested within 14 days of purchase for unused credits

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Credits that have been partially or fully used
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party issues, network problems, or client-side configuration errors
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Dissatisfaction with channel availability or quality (which depends on external card providers)

To request a refund, contact support via the ticket system with your purchase details.

5. Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Policy

Each server account is licensed for use on a single device/connection at a time. Concurrent connections from multiple IP addresses are monitored and constitute a violation of these terms.

Enforcement process:

  1. First detection: notification sent to reseller and admin
  2. 24-hour grace period to resolve the issue
  3. After 24 hours: account automatically disabled
  4. Re-activation requires admin approval

Resellers are responsible for informing their end-clients about the single-connection policy. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

Sharing, reselling, or redistributing server lines outside the panel system is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via the panel announcement system.

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

  • Internet connectivity issues on the client side
  • Third-party infrastructure failures
  • Force majeure events
  • Scheduled maintenance windows

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and store the minimum data necessary to operate the Service: username, email, IP address, and transaction history. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. After this period, data is permanently removed.

8. Legal Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.

In no event shall GetCCcam Panel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

You acknowledge that the use of cardsharing services may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

9. Intellectual Property

The GetCCcam Panel software, design, and branding are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
